Project four was based on synthesis. For my English portion I put together my old poems into three sections, Petrichor, towering, and dissipating. I divided them by tone and put them into the category that best fit the mood of the poem.
Petrichor is about heart break and the loss of love. Towering is about emotions that build up, focusing on anxiety and depression. Dissipating is about recovery and moving forward. The three section titles embody what stages are included thunderstorm. I feel as though my feelings best relate to thunder storms, so I named the book downpour.

My art portion I focused on past projects I have made, perfecting the way they are constructed. I learned how to put multiple mediums together to create a final product. I synthesized the way candles are made and put together by melting wax, adding color, adding scents, pouring into a mold then taking it out. I also made coasters on the glowforge. The glowforge is a laser cutter that cut my coasters with precision. I then filled the coasters with different colors of resin.
